TRAMA
Prossima fermata, America (Great American Railroad Journeys) è una serie di documentari di viaggio BBC presentata da Michael Portillo (doppiato nella versione italiana da Carlo Valli) e trasmessa su BBC Two. Utilizzando una copia della Guida Appleton's (Appleton's Guidebook) del 1879 sulle ferrovie degli Stati Uniti e Canada, Portillo viaggia in tutti gli Stati Uniti principalmente in treno, anche se a volte usa altre forme di trasporto se necessario. Nei suoi viaggi, si ferma per imparare come luoghi, eventi, persone e le ferrovie del XIX secolo hanno influenzato la crescita del paese in una grande superpotenza. Quando venne trasmessa, ogni serie era originariamente costituita da episodi di 30 minuti, trasmessi durante le serate consecutive del giorno della settimana. Essi furono successivamente ripetuti in una pianificazione rivista (descritta come "Reversioni" che combinavano due episodi della trasmissione originale per creare una serie di episodi di un'ora; la prima stagione consiste di quindici episodi di 30 minuti, l'episodio "Da Brooklyn a Montauk" è stato rivisto come una versione estesa che include contenuti aggiuntivi non visti nell'orario di trasmissione originale

Dopo che la class action di Annalise ha trionfato alla Corte Suprema, Michaela, Connor, Asher e Laurel proseguono con il prossimo capitolo delle loro vite. In questa stagione un nuovo mistero li coinvolgerà, mentre le relazioni si iniziano a disfare e nuovi segreti vengono a galla.

La quinta stagione riprende con Asher e Michaela che hanno deciso di interrompere la loro relazione. Tra i due, però, Asher è ancora innamorato della ex partner.

Michaela, invece, ha deciso di denunciare Simon, che è stato rimandato in Pakistan, un luogo dove la sua sessualità gli renderà la vita difficile.

Questa scelta fa sì che Michaela debba trovare un modo per farsi perdonare dal gruppo, che non approva la sua scelta e la condanna.

La quinta stagione getta nuova luce anche sul futuro di Laurel: Tegan ha fatto sì che il padre della ragazza fosse catturato, e adesso ci saranno nuovi risvolti per lei e la madre.

Un altro mistero da risolvere è quello legato a Gabriel Maddox: la telefonata di Frank che rivela la posizione del figlio di Maddox ad un misterioso destinatario avrà delle conseguenze.

La storyline di Maddox coinvolgerà anche Emmett Crawford, socio dello studio legale Caplan & Gold interpretato da Timothy Hutton, che offre un lavoro ad Annalise.

E proprio Annalise dovrà cercare un equilibrio e cercare di risollevare, ancora, la sua reputazione, già in bilico dopo l'omicidio del marito.

Se la prima stagione prendeva spunto dall'omonimo libro di Petra Hammesfahr, la seconda vedrà un nuovo inquietante omicidio al centro della scena, con un aspetto in comune con quello della precedente: in entrambi i casi, infatti, il colpevole sembra aver agito senza motivo. Con questa premessa si può far tornare al lavoro il detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman), colui che ha lavorato sul caso di Cora. Ora il vero protagonista sarà lui: la serie seguirà il suo viaggio nella propria città natale vicino a New York, dove dovrà indagare su un nuovo efferato delitto: un ragazzino di 11 anni ha ucciso apparentemente senza motivo i suoi genitori. Indagando, l'uomo scopre che la cittadina nasconde una serie di segreti inconfessabili, che potrebbero essere legati all'omicidio, e che c'è chi farebbe di tutto pur di non svelare la sua vera natura.

TRAMA

Nel 1969, in piena rivoluzione culturale, Chen Zhen, un giovane studente di Pechino viene inviato nelle zone interne della Mongolia per insegnare a una tribù nomade di pastori. A contatto con una realtà diversa da quella che aveva sin qui conosciuto, in un deserto sconfinato e dalla bellezza mozzafiato, Chen scopre di esser lui quello che ha molto da imparare: sull'esistenza, sulla comunità, sulla libertà, sul senso di responsabilità e sul lupo, la creatura più riverita delle steppe. Sedotto dal complesso e quasi mistico legame che i pastori hanno con il lupo e affascinato dall'astuzia e dalla forza dell'animale, Chen ne cattura un cucciolo e decide di addomesticarlo. Il forte rapporto che si crea tra i due sarà però minacciato dalla decisione di un ufficiale del governo di eliminare a qualunque costo tutti i lupi della regione.
