Due modesti comici in fuga davanti ad una locomotiva "escono" dallo schermo del cinema e si trovano immischiati in avventure quotidiane. Restauratori in una Chiesa dove si celebra un matrimonio, finiscono con lo sconvolgere gli sposi, gli invitati e il rito stesso. Assunti da un benzinaio danno prova di storditaggini distruggendo la stazione di servizio. Così presso un albergo sulle Alpi dove, sempre a causa dei guasti provocati come piazzisti di una macchina schiumogena lavapavimento, sono obbligati dal padrone a far da sguatteri per ripagare i danni. Impassibili, i due diventano agenti di pompe funebri (ancora guai) per passare a collezionare piccoli incidenti su di una spiaggia gremita di vacanzieri e finire come sosia di due mafiosi siculi, che li hanno destinati a morire ammazzati al loro posto. Le avventure avranno termine solo con il rientro nello schermo, del cinema mentre la gente si allontana perchè lo spettacolo è finito.

Two modest fleeing comedians in front of a locomotive "come out" from the movie screen and are embroiled in daily adventures. Restorers in a church where they celebrate a wedding, eventually becomes upset the newlyweds, the guests and the ceremony itself. Taken from a gas station give proof of storditaggini destroying the gas station. So at a hotel in the Alps where, again because of malfunctions caused as touts a foam tank-cleaning machine, they are required by the owner to act as dishwashers to repay the damage. Impassive, the two become agents funeral (even trouble) to go to collect small incidents on a packed beach vacationers and end up as doubles of two Sicilian Mafia, who killed them destined to die in their place. The adventures will end only with the return of the screen, the film as people move away because the show is over.

Pippo Sperandio, dipendente dell'industriale Felice Maranotti, si lascia convincere dal padrone - che vuole evitare, per più piacevole compagnia, di frequentare un club turistico della Sardegna in cui si richiederebbe la sua presenza - a sostituirsi a lui assumendone il nome. Preso nell'ingranaggio di stupidi giochi di società, il poveruomo ne passa di tutti i colori, finche, grazie al fittizio nome che porta, non gli capita, durante un finto sequestro di persona inscenato per divertimento di essere sequestrato da veri banditi. D'accordo con loro, una volta accortisi dell'errore commesso, Pippo organizza il rapimento del vero Maranotti; ma gli va male ancora un volta e finisce in prigione.

Pippo Sperandio, dependent industrialist Felice Maranotti, is convinced by the owner - who wants to avoid, better company, to attend a Sardinian tourist club where you would require his presence - to replace him taking on the name. Got into gear of silly games of society, the poor man he passes all the colors, until, thanks to the fictitious name he bears, he happens not during a mock kidnapping staged for fun of being kidnapped by real bandits. In agreement with them, once having realized the error committed, Pippo organizes the kidnapping of true Maranotti; but it is still a bad time and ends up in prison.

L'insegnante di piano Luisa De Dominicis si trasferisce da Milano a Lucca, dove risiede l'uomo di cui è innamorata, l'assessore comunale Ferdinando Bonci-Marinotti. La donna, che lo crede scapolo, è convinta di fargli una piacevole sorpresa: egli, invece, non solo è sposato, ma, poiché spera d'uscir sindaco dalla imminenti elezioni, teme che la presenza dell'amante frustri le sue speranze. Mentre tutti i maschi del palazzo - dal portiere a suo figlio, da un colonnello al padrone di casa - concupiscono Luisa, convinti che sia una squillo, Ferdinando cerca di ritagliarsi, tra un impegno elettorale e l'altro, un po' di tempo per la sua amichetta. Ora un imprevisto, ora l'altro, però, gli impediscono di stare con lei. Stufa di quella situazione, tanto più che ha scoperto che Ferdinando è ammogliato Luisa cede alla corte del giovane Marcello, figlio del padrone di casa, che ha saputo dimostrarle di essere sinceramene innamorato di lei.

The piano teacher Luisa De Dominicis moved from Milan to Lucca, where is the man she is in love, the city councilor Ferdinand Bonci-Marinotti. The woman, who believes a bachelor, is convinced to give him a pleasant surprise: he, however, is not only married, but because he hopes to come out from the upcoming mayor elections, fears that the lover's presence frustrate his hopes. While all the males of the building - from the doorman to his son, from a colonel to the landlord - covet Luisa, convinced that it is a call girl, Ferdinand tries to carve out such a campaign pledge and the other, a bit 'of time to his girlfriend. Now an unexpected, now the other, however, prevent him from being with her. Tired of that situation, the more he discovered that Ferdinand is married Luisa gives the court the young Marcello, the son of the landlord, who was able to show her to be sinceramene in love with her.

Agli inizi del Trecento, Filippo il Bello, Re di Francia, perseguita i Cavalieri templari per incamerarne il loro tesoro. Quando viene messo al rogo Jacques de Molay, il Gran Maestro del Tempio, questi pronuncia una maledizione contro i Re di Francia e contro Papa Clemente V e Guillaume de Nogaret.

Intanto Roberto III d'Artois, conte di Beaumont, sfida sua zia Mahaut d'Artois, nell'intento di riprendere possesso dei territori dell'Artois poiché precedentemente, nella successione ereditaria, li aveva perduti e ne aveva giovato proprio la vecchia zia.

Seguono così intrighi, veleni e rivalità nelle corti di Francia e Inghilterra che sfoceranno nella Guerra dei cent'anni.

Based on the novel of the same name by Maurice Druon, Les Rois maudits (The Cursed Kings) is the second television adaptation of this seven-volume book which is widely agreed to be an accurate representation of actual events. It is the early 1300's and the treasury of France, under the rule of Philippe IV (Philippe le Bel or Philippe the Beautiful), is empty. The king decides the only solution is to raid the treasures of the Knights Templar (amongst others) and concocts various charges of treason, heresy and deviance against the Knights and their Grand Master Jacques de Molay. Having confessed under torture to the crimes of which he is accused, de Molay is condemned to be burned at the stake. With his dying breath he curses the king, the king's advisor (Guillaume de Nogaret), the pope (Pope Clement V) and the thirteen succeeding generations of their families. There follows one of the most dramatic periods in French history, half a century of political intrigue, murder, treason, war and famine, which ultimately culminates in the 100 Years War.

Travelers S01e07 (2016) [WebMux Ita][A.C.U.M.]

Plot :

A team of special operatives, sent back in time from the future, are tasked with preventing the collapse of society. These operatives, known as travelers, enter the body of a 21st century individual moments before the individual's "recorded time of death". This process is referred to as a "transfer of consciousness" and cannot be used to transmit someone farther back than the 21st century. The recorded time of death is accurate to the second because of smart phones, computers, GPS, cameras, social media, and other digital pillars of the 21st century. These devices also provide knowledge of the individual who will be dying, which helps the traveler prepare for the life they will inhabit.

Without proper computing power and the back channels of the internet, the travelers would not have an accurate time of death to successfully occupy bodies moments before death. For example, the travelers cannot stop World War II, because the technology of the 1940s did not provide sufficient data to determine the exact time of recorded death, thus preventing the possession of hosts by a traveler.

The travelers must maintain their hosts' pre-existing lives to avoid attracting attention while performing missions aimed at saving the world from a series of catastrophic events. As the series progresses, changes in the present make significantly unanticipated changes in the future.

Miniserie intrigante e mirabilmente recitata, fresca vincitrice di 3 Golden Globes

The Night Manager è una miniserie televisiva britannica-statunitense in sei parti diretta da Susanne Bier e basata sul romanzo Il direttore di notte di John le Carré, pubblicato nel 1993.

Jonathan Pine è un ex soldato dell'esercito britannico che si è rifatto una vita lavorando come direttore d'albergo. Un giorno viene ingaggiato da Angela Burr, un'agente dei servizi segreti, per incastrare Richard Roper, uno spietato uomo d'affari corrotto legato al traffico di armi. Pine cerca di entrare nel mercato nero delle armi e avvicinare così Roper, ma dovrà vedersela con Corkoran, tirapiedi di Roper. A complicare di più le cose sarà l'attrazione tra Pine e la fidanzata di Roper, Jed.

Pur non avendo trionfato come Miglior miniserie, The Night Manager ai Golden Globes 2017 ha sicuramente lasciato il segno: Tom Hiddleston è stato premiato come Miglior attore protagonista di una miniserie o film per la tv, mentre Olivia Colman e Hugh Laurie hanno sbaragliato la concorrenza trionfando come Miglior attrice non protagonista e Miglior attore non protagonista.

Sull'isola di Berk, l'occupazione principale di ogni vichingo è dimostrare il suo valore in qualità di uccisore di draghi, che periodicamente rubano il bestiame. Il giovane Hiccup, figlio del capo Stoick, è troppo piccolo e gracile per combattere i draghi, così inventa dispositivi meccanici sotto il suo apprendistato con Skaracchio il fabbro.
Ma durante un attacco, Hiccup riesce ad abbattere la Furia Buia, il drago più pericoloso e raro. Una volta trovato, lo libera, ma nota la sua incapacità di volare per via della coda ferita a causa della trappola creata dal ragazzo.
Le visite di Hiccup nella foresta sono sempre più frequenti e pian pian riesce a conquistare la fiducia del drago, che chiama "Sdentato" per via dei suoi denti retrattili, che dimostra una grande intelligenza, curiosità e capacità di apprendimento. Tuttavia, un drago incapace di volare è un drago che ha pochissime speranze di sopravvivenza, per cui Hiccup gli costruisce una protesi alla coda per permettergli di volare.

Barenboim conducts the four updated Baroque dances of Ravel's Le tombeau de Couperin at breezy, effervescent speeds which suit the frothy, gilt surroundings. He directs from the keyboard with an effortless, throwaway touch Mozarts rumbustious, timps-and-trumpets C major Piano Concerto, K415, and concludes with a stern but not heavy interpretation of Beethoven's Eroica Symphony.

There is an impatient strain to the funeral march which seems to want to usher in early the scherzo's euphoria and finale's exuberant Napoleonic Romance. Neat connections between the programme, performers and palace arc elucidated in an informative Cerman documentary (with subtitles).

The second concert is from 1998 at the Staatsoper Untcr den Linden, Berlin. Barenboim conducts a thrilling account of Beethoven's Eighth Symphony: the scherzo has conversational lightness and the galloping finale is a model of tight control.

The soloists in Schumann's Konzertstück for four horns execute their leaping arpeggios with tally-ho panache, Liszt's symphonic poem Les preludes is spoiled by tinny cymbals, but Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries is a triumphant finale. If I had to take one it would be the Berlin event.
