A seguito degli eventi accaduti in Resident Evil Retribution, l'umanità è ridotta ai minimi termini dopo che Alice è stata tradita da Wesker a Washington D.C. Come unica sopravvissuta del gruppo che avrebbe dovuto combattere le orde di non morti, dovrà fare ritorno nel luogo in cui l'incubo ha avuto inizio - a Raccoon City, dove la Umbrella Corporation sta radunando le sue sforze per sferrare un colpo fatale contro gli unici superstiti all'Apocalisse. In una lotta contro il tempo, Alice si unirà agli amici di una volta e, grazie a una nuova improbabile alleanza, si scontrerà con orde di non morti e con nuovi mostri mutanti. Following the events in Resident Evil Retribution, humanity is reduced to the minimum terms after Alice has been betrayed by Wesker in Washington D.C. As the only survivor of the group that would have to fight the hordes of dead people, they will have to return to the place where the nightmare began - Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its efforts to launch a fatal blow against the only Survivors of the Apocalypse. In a fight against time, Alice will join her friends once and, thanks to a new unlikely alliance, will collide with hordes of dead and new mutants. Between the loss of his superhuman abilities and the imminent attack on Umbrella, Alice will experience his most difficult adventure in an effort to fight to save mankind, which is likely to fall into oblivion.
